ICARUS CITY - 1 ViewingIcarus City, home to the Teen Titans who defend it well. The city has been mostly untouched by Trigon's revival, still the center of partying and energy like before, and still with a shockingly low crime rate. Thanks to the Teen Titans, criminals rarely show their faces here, but every once in awhile you get the bad fish. Oh well, though, not everything is perfect, right? |
