Description: Skin to skin contact can create conduit that Rose can draw powers, memories, thoughts, and skills through. However, this takes time and she has a good enough control on it that she can even have sex with another empowered person and not be at risk of stealing anything from them. However, once she steals these from them, they are gone. If she steals a specific memory, then the person will never remember it again unless she chooses to return it to them. She’s very good at this by now.
She’s not a very talented shapeshifter and it takes more time for her, but she is progressively learning and can between human forms and different outfits with ease. It’s the animal forms and otherwise difficult morphs that cause her trouble. She manages them, though, but has only achieved this through much practice. However, controlling her primary power of absorption has made her very skilled at containing her powers. So the only thing one would have to fear from her is the possibility of her sprouting claws and messing her up hair in a temper tantrum.
She heals very fast; broken bones are set and repaired in moments. Gashes take only a second of pressure to heal. This, however, is not controllable, so even if she wanted to bleed or be hurt [for whatever reason] it’s hard to. This also makes killing herself hard. Even when overdosing, her body will instantly reject it. This also applies to colds and sicknesses, even cancer.
She can sense powers and the strength of them; the stronger they are, the farther off she can feel them. This gives her an advantage for being able to decide if she wants it and if she can get close enough to get it or how to counter it if she doesn’t want it.
Her bone manipulation is one of the most unsettling of her powers. She can pull them out, reform them, make them into spikes and then regenerate them the moment they leave her body. There is no blood involved or pain, even, just the strange sight of seeing bone poking through skin and then watching her tug at it as her skin tugs against it before smacking back to its original position without a hole to be seen from the exiting bone. This can also be used for flexibility, strength, stabbing, armor, and otherwise useful ventures. She enjoys using this power perhaps more than any other.
Pheromone manipulation is mostly used when she’s looking for a quick fix when she’s horny or using it to distract opponents. As you might guess, pheromone manipulation can be used to make a guy [or girl, but she doesn’t do girls] insatiably horny for her. Some with powers, though, are more immune to this than others and those who are loyal to their girlfriends often won’t budge. It comes in handy for other things, though. Check out this Wikipedia article if you really want to understand her pheromone control better.
Her suggestion allows her to make nearly anyone her slave for her purposes. She simply speaks, concentrates on using the power, and they feel terribly compelled to do her will. Again, though, it is not absolute. Some are stronger willed than others. Her suggestion can be used in a number of ways; to entice the particularly resistant guys into her bed, to have friends attacking friends, to get her drinks for free, and so on. Good fun, all in all.
Electrokinesis is pretty self explanatory; she can control lightning. She can make the static electricity in the air come to life at her finger tips, can channel it into bolts to strike her enemies, can use it to shock hearts back to life, can make static electricity strong enough to help her cling to nearly any surface [or walk on them]… There are a number of uses for this power. And she does so enjoy using it.
Weather control; right up there with shapeshifting on the ‘Hard To Control’ list. She still hasn’t quite figured it out and has a hard time controlling it. A lot of times, when she’s sad, it will start to rain or cloud up. When she’s feeling good, it will brighten up, sun brightening and temperature warming. It responds to most all of her emotions, so she tries to keep positive, though it kills her.
Uses: Explained above. Because I get carried away.

ROSE
PERSONALITY
Basic Personality:
Rose is pessimistic, first and foremost. She decides to see the bad in things so she won’t be disappointed. However, due to her Weather Controlling powers, she tries to keep a brighter mood so it’s not constantly raining. Still, though, it’s mostly cloudy where ever she goes. Unless she makes a conscious effort to think, “No clouds”. Optimistic people often annoy her; she says they’re in denial. She thinks that if you refuse to admit the bad can happen and that it probably will, that you won’t ever be satisfied in life because it will only be disappointment after disappointment.
Rose generally comes off as ticked off at the world, but truthfully, she’s not. She’s mostly mad at herself for getting herself wrapped up in the things she has. But she doesn’t know how to be mad at herself productively, if that’s even possible, and so it comes off as snappiness and a constant temper.
Oh, and what a temper! The smallest things can set her off and often do. She can’t find her favorite coffee cup? Be prepared for the house to burn down. She often comes off as bipolar, too; one minute she can be laughing and happy and then the next snapping someone in half. But that’s just Rose. She’s not one for relationships, either. Sure, she loves sex, and she might hang around a guy who does her right, but all the drama? She’d rather eat glass. If there is one thing that makes Rose angry, it is drama.
Rose, as you can tell, has some trust issues. She doesn’t believe that guys are more than walking penises. She doesn’t believe that life has much good to offer anyone. And she lives only for herself because she has no one else.
Yeah, she’s perfectly normal.

HISTORY
Family: Not worth mentioning; they’re either dead or meaningless
History:
So Rose was born to a Mom who was a drunk and had gotten pregnant after sleeping with some guy whose name she didn’t know. So Rose was born. Only Rose had her powers from birth. So when she was being born, she was robbing her mother of everything. Soon her mother was a brain dead blob in the hospital and she was being put in a foster home.
She grew up thinking they were her real parents and brothers and sisters. But they always treated her different, like she was disconnected from the family. One night, after confronting her father about it, he told her the truth, screaming and angry. He went to slap her and she gripped his hand so it couldn’t move. And just like her mother had been, after a few moments, he was a mindless shell of a human being. She ran away soon after that, to a place called Icarus City, with plenty of homeless kids running around just like her. She always wore gloves, then, until some of the kids told her about other people with powers. Superheroes. She thought she wanted to grow up to be just like them. So she ran to find them.
When she did, though, they were cruel and corrupt with power; they used their powers not for good, but as a way to make the city dependant upon them. After witnessing them beat a pregnant woman’s husband for not paying them protection money, she slipped into their house silently and used them as practice for her powers. She drew away not their memories, but their powers. All of them. She left, then, more powerful than she could have imagined. The city soon rose up and brought them off of their high horses. Now, she didn’t trust any super heroes.
She started learning how to control her new powers. With her new ability to sense powers, she learned of her own and then worked upon them. She struggled with some of them, but some of them came naturally to her. Soon, she was able to touch others without robbing them of any memories. Her other powers grew, as well, but she didn’t use them to save anyone, only to better her own life. She lived for herself and no one else. It was when she was 16 that Trigon’s children approached her and offered her a life off of the streets. She shrugged and accepted their offer. Then, she was conscripted into the army of Trigon without really knowing it.
She can’t say she doesn’t like her new life, though; it beats being on the streets and scrambling for every meal. Not only that, but Trigon’s sons come knocking every once in awhile, keeping her satisfied. So, overall, it’s a better life. Not that she’s whole heartedly loyal to their cause.
