The Great Land of Paradise was opened many Hundreds of Thousands of years ago by the Wolves Kiba, Tsume, Toboe, Blue, and Hige. It was indeed a place of perfection, everywhere you looked was covered in vast and luscious green, lunar flowers growing upon the many hills of the plains, and tranquility was evident upon the creatures that inhabited the great land. As time went on however, the animals began to feel a disturbance among the lunar flowers. There were a select few of the flowers that had been tainted by the Blood of the Nobles in the past paradise, though nobody thought anything of them until one day, they seemed to suddenly disappear.
Many hundreds of years went by after that day; the wolves that had opened paradise had passed on, leaving behind many generations. The tainted flowers had hidden themselves from the world had evolved into something of an un-mentionable evil. They had evolved into creatures themselves, carrying in their veins the Blood of the Nobles who had tainted them, and claimed themselves as Lunar Beasts. Together, there were Five of the un-aging beasts, Two Wolves, One Panther, and Two Bears, the male wolf and bears a gleaming white with a faint glow, while the panther and female wolf are a deep ebony, and seem to give off a black tint.
These five had one common desire, and that was to be the rulers of Paradise. With the intent of making their dreams come true, they set out to find the surviving descendants of the Five that had opened Paradise, killing them where they stood and moving on to find the next. By this time, Humans had finally made a full comeback in population, Cities rising and falling only to rise again as even larger cities. Only smidgens of Paradise are left, the rest of the great lands having been taken by the human species and built upon. The animals have had to evolve even further, their human illusions proving to not protect them enough.
For a few years, the Five Lunar Beasts believed that they had finally become the true rulers of paradise, or at least what was left of it. That is, until they discovered 3 new noble families had put themselves in power. As the 5 continue to do so, nearly 300 years have passed since the New Nobles rose to power.
